2024 Pacifica Square AANHPI Celebration— honoring Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month, is scheduled for May 18th, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. All are welcome.
The Celebration will feature performances representing Chinese, Indian, Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese cultures in addition to a series of fun events including:
- Korean Spicy Wings Contest
- Pet Costume Contest
- Cosplay Contest
- Open Mic Contest
- K-Pop Random Dance Play
Expect a variety of vendors at the event, offering diverse products.

Organized by Pacifica Square, the Global Friendship Exchange Foundation, Windfall Group and Park to Shop, the event will take place outside Park to Shop at Pacifica Square at 4360 E New York Street in Aurora, IL. City dignitaries and community leaders will be in attendance, emphasizing the importance of celebrating diversity and fostering community unity.
