In collaboration with the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (WHIAAPI) and U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency, National ACE conducted three Employee Resource Group/ Business Resource Groups (ERG/BRG) National Roundtables the past three years. The round tables were held at the White House in 2014 and 2016. In 2015, it was held at the Department of Commerce. They brought ERG/BRG leaders from across the nation and provided tremendous insights on challenges facing senior AAPI executives and ERG/BRG leaders. However, many best practices and success stories were shared. Cross company networking added to the success of the event.

This Chicago roundtable is designed to gather unique best practices and new solutions that can be shared at the upcoming National roundtable. The intent is to have regional roundtables throughout the year then come together at the end of the year in DC. In addition to bringing AAPI senior executives and their organization sponsors and advocates to share best practices and discuss challenges with others at the senior executive levels, programs from advocacy organizations will be reviewed and examined. The key topic of discussion will be community engagement and

“Leadership Development & Sponsorship”.
