A Chinatown tradition, the Chicago Chinese Cultural Institute’s Chinese New Year Dumpling Making Dinner is one of the year’s most anticipated annual events for celebrating the Chinese New Year here in Chicago. We would like to share the joy and prosperity of Chinese New Year with you.

As always, there will be storytelling, dumpling making, authentic Chinese cuisine, and lots of surprises and fun. Seating is limited, and this event often sells out quickly. Be sure to get your seats early!

Chicago Chinese Cultural Institute is dedicated to promoting Chinese arts and culture in Chicago as well as cultural exchange between Chicago and China. Our local programs include the Chinese New Year Banquet, the Chinatown Walking and Food Tour, Chinese Cultural Workshops, such as kite coloring, calligraphy, Tai Chi demonstrations, paper-cutting, and more!

Location:

Hing Kee
(2140 South Archer Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60616)
