ABOUT THE EVENT

From Cambodian Americans fleeing genocide to LGBT community members surviving the HIV epidemic, the Asian American experience has been defined by our drive to survive. Dr. DJ Ida will host a conversation on how might we tell stories of resilience that empower our communities to go beyond survival? How might we give ourselves permission to practice self-care and community healing in the fight against COVID-19 and forces that divide our community?
