Qian Xiao, a girl living in a fishing village, dreams of going to the big city. When she suddenly discovers a pendant that allows her to control time, she goes to the metropolis and crosses path with Seventeen, an assassin who is tasked with stealing the pendant from her.  

Ao Yu and Zhou Tienan’s ambitious animated adventure is a rich blend of fantasy, classical Hollywood slapstick humor and over-the-top action. Not only is the film brimming with cinematic magic, the filmmakers also inject a touching love story that lends the film its emotional core.
