Chef Hiran and Chef Sahil believe that Indian food should be an experience that goes beyond its own borders. We have created this second event to allow customers to see the similarities between cultures and cuisines.
This isn’t fusion food, this is inspired cuisine. The difference is that our chefs have cultivated this menu solely from their personal experience with Italian cuisine. Each dish has a personal story linked to it: it’s India’s take on Italian food. The five courses will encompass various similarities between the two cuisines.
