This is DePaul's 16th annual celebration of Chinese Lunar New Year. All DePaul students, faculty, staff, alumni, families and friends are welcome to join the community to ring in the new year of the Dragon. The 2024 event will feature cultural performances and interactive activities. New year snacks will be provided throughout the event. Free and open to the public. RSVP is required.

Please wear something red to join the fun. If you were born in a year of the Dragon (2012, 2000, 1988, 1976, 1964, and 1952, etc.), please submit your name to our check-in staff. We will randomly pick 10 guests and give you a Year of the Dragon souvenir after the cultural performances.
