Join us on Feb 14th for an evening about self-love and self-care. This event is for you, your best friend, or your partner - it's open to everyone! We'll start with a heart-chakra themed yoga practice with gentle heart openers and some back bends. There will be a short reflective writing activity and afterwards, stay to mingle with fellow attendees with a glass of rosé, refreshments, and special treats from Te'Amo Boba Bar who is a sponsor for this event!

Our February pop-event is at a beautiful loft location in Lincoln Park with plenty of street parking, a quick walk from the North & Clybourn Blueline CTA. It's also easily accessible via bus or rideshare.

Please arrive 15 min early for a smooth check-in process. We will be checking IDs and vaccination cards per the City of Chicago mandate. Changing rooms, bathrooms, and a water fountain with a water bottle dispenser are on-site.

Bring your own mat, a water bottle, and wear clothes you'll be comfortable moving and stretching in. Everyone in the studio will be masked and social-distanced. Masks will be kept on except when eating/drinking. We can't wait to practice with you.

5:45pm - 6pm: Check-in to show the host your ticket, ID, and vaccination card with Shuhan Z

6:10pm - 7pm Heart-Themed Yoga Flow with gentle heart openers led by Eva S. Class will be vinyasa-style at a medium speed to get your heart-rate going.

7pm -7:30pm: Post practice mingling with a glass of rosé, valentine-themed treats, drinks and desserts from our sponsor Te'Amo Boba Bar.

Te'amo Boba Bar has 3 locations and counting in Chicagoland. They are a woman-owned BIPOC-owned business that sells boba teas, looseleaf teas, matcha, cakes, and more. All of their ingredients they use are high quality and organic. They have the highest quality of teas to kickstart a healthy lifestyle. Share a tea, fall in love. We hope you love them as much as we do.

About Us: @e.z.yogaspace was founded by two friends (Eva and Shuhan), who are driven by their shared passion of yoga practice and event planning. Eva S completed her 500-hr training through Hilltop Yoga and has taught both in-person and virtual flows since 2018. Shuhan Z has always dreamed of creating a special space to build a community around yoga and celebrate our identity/culture as proud Asian women. She realized that there were events we'd love to attend, but they didn't exist yet. Shuhan knew the time was right and gave our team the nudge... and that's how @e.z.yogaspace was born.
