Kultura Festival is in its fourth year, and is produced by Filipino Kitchen. Emporium Logan Square, 2363 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, will again host Kultura Festival. Carefully curated to appeal to those who personally identify with Filipino culture and the merely curious or uninitiated, Kultura Festival aims to highlight the best in Filipino-American food and arts in Chicago and the Midwest.EARLY BIRD TICKETS FOR GENERAL ADULT ADMISSION WILL GO ON SALE FOR A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $10 ON MONDAY, APRIL 23.Only 100 general admission adult tickets will be available for the Early Bird Special.
