Chinese New Year falls on January 25, 2020 (Year of the Rat, 4718), and the Lunar New Year parade will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2020. The parade will begin at 1:00 p.m. at 24th Street and Wentworth Avenue. The procession will head north up Wentworth to Cermak Road, and feature marching bands, colorful floats, traditional lion dances and a special appearance by Ronald McDonald.
