In celebration, local readers will present works centered on kapwa * : Chris Aldana (The Water We Swim In, Sampagita Press 2023), Czaerra Galiciano Ucol (Pisces Urges, Sampagita Press 2023), and Isabel Garcia-Gonzales (Fledgling Comics, Quimby’s Bookstore 2022)
