Mental Health Fair

Join us for our FREE Health Fair to promote community wellness and increase awareness of available mental health resources. The health fair highlights the importance of mental health education and aims to reduce stigma by connecting community members with local organizations, service providers, and wellness resources. Attendees will have access to community resource tables offering information on mental health services, prevention strategies, and support options available to individuals and families.

In addition to educational opportunities, the event will feature several interactive activities intended to encourage engagement and promote well being in a welcoming environment. Planned activities include a smoothie bike experience, poster making station, design-your-own T-shirt activity, bouquet making station, and refreshments such as paletas. These activities support the event’s goal of making conversations around mental health approachable and inclusive for people of all ages.

As part of the event, individuals who schedule an appointment with Hamdard Health Alliance’s Behavioral Health Team will receive a gift card incentive, encouraging continued engagement with mental health services.
