The holiday season can be an emotional time for anyone. For the queer community, it can mean re-entering a mentally-straining environment, where acceptance of LGBTQ+ identities may not be freely provided. We invite you to join us as we discuss what identity means to each of us and the different tools we can employ to manage mental health, especially during the holidays.
