Learn the fundamentals of sushi making as you roll, slice, and build your own sushi creations.
Come on over to Trogo and let’s make dinner together! Class 4 of our cooking class series: Trogo’s Table.
Learn the art of sushi rolling at our communal tables, from properly seasoned sushi rice and vinegar to basic sauces, rolls, hand rolls, and toppings.
Guests will roll their own sushi to enjoy at home, while Chef Rick Spiros demonstrates techniques and preparation.
