Join us for a special evening with Amanda Green and Aimee Forsberg Ottosen our studio. We’ll begin with a Sangha Circle, creating an opportunity for meaningful conversation, connection, and exploration within the yoga community, followed by a short Viniyoga class rooted in the traditional principles of breath, movement, and mindful practice.

We’ll also share an overview of our upcoming India retreat, including visits to Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) and The Health Village in Aluva, Kerala, where Aimee completed her Ayurvedic internships. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the living traditions of yoga and Ayurveda while experiencing these teachings in their cultural home.
