AABA Chicago’s 36th Annual Installation Ceremony & Awards Reception

We are pleased to announce that the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Chicago Area (“AABA Chicago”) will be hosting its 36th Annual Installation Ceremony on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Venue West at 5:30 pm. This annual dinner recognizes esteemed colleagues in our legal community as well as our incoming officers, board of directors, and honorary directors.

The 2024 award recipients are Abiman Rajadurai (In-House Counsel Leadership Award), Sharon Hwang (Law Firm Partner Diversity Leadership Award), Ivy Lee (Rising Star Award), and Dennis Mondero (Justice Award). The Honorable Rena Marie Van Tine will conduct the swearing-in ceremony. Kristy Gonowon, Corporate Counsel & Director at Lowe's Companies Inc., will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.

For over thirty years, AABA Chicago has played a pivotal role in encouraging diversity, promoting the area’s vibrant legal community, and representing the interests of thousands of community stakeholders.
